Fire across the lake.

The smoke continued to move in last night and the winds were wild.  We did not lose power but many of the neighborhoods near us did.  When we woke this morning the wind had blown the smoke away, great news for us. This afternoon I was in my office editing a cute hummingbird photo to post for my blip when I looked out the window at the sound of a helicopter, and was shocked to see a fire just on the other side the of Lake near the Port of Vancouver.  The helicopter was getting water out of the lake to dump on the fire.
