One Back!

Surprisingly no complaints when I asked for a first day of secondary school photo from this one this morning! She was up and dressed quickly, ate a decent breakfast, a good sign for her, skipped down our road and headed off to meet her friend.

Slight hiccup when she realised 'I' had forgotten to pack her facemasks... bike quickly retrieved from the cellar and a speedy down hill ride meant she had them before the bus arrived.

She came home smiling after a good first day, slight disappointment that it seems hard to make new friends as they are in one class and sat in the same places each lesson but I'm sure she will soon enough.

Two school bags and two pairs of shoes ready for tomorrow now.
