Team meeting (Day 1951)

I spent the first part of the morning at home chasing up a couple of orders I had made for stuff for customers. Infuriatingly, one company were well aware that the shower I had ordered from them is unavailable, but hadn't bothered to contact me or refund my money. I had to waste a bit more time sourcing an alternative. Fingers crossed I will get a refund from them soon.
Next up a visit to a customer to discuss biomass boilers. The discussion branched off into the realms of the bizarre when the customer began to expound her theories on the dangers "smart meters" for electricity pose to our health. I finally managed to get her back on track, then spent a while changing all of the tap washers in her house while she followed me around imparting her wisdom.
The next customer was far more sane, and left me to ge on with clearing her blocked drain.
Home for a late lunch, then off to Stromness to give the van a wash and take water to the horse field where I found my beautiful wife having a team meeting.
