Under Pressure

Canning tomatoes. Small batch today but hoping for more this week.
This was my moms pressure cooker. She gave it to me years ago when she taught me how to use it. We canned at least 50 quarts of tomatoes that year that we picked through an amazing farm share. This is the same pressure cooker she used when I was kid. I remember snipping beans and cleaning cucumbers from our garden. Wish she could be here to help again!
