Drawing room yoga

More accurately it’s the lecture room, drawing room is a better description. Over the years I have enjoyed singing (for those think they can’t sing – a myth), dancing of various world traditions, most memorably a comparative study of Jane Austen and Victoria Wood, and today Hatha Yoga.
Gentle yoga pre coffee this morning, and a little more challenging after coffee. A Higham lunch, expertly organised to meet COVID-19 mitigations, followed by contouring up, down and around Sale Fell .
