Spring Time in the Mountains

This morning I had a nice walk along the Glendhu Bay Track.  I was on the lookout for a Kowhai Tree.  There were a few spread out along the track, all in different stages of flower.  This is my pick of the photos that I took. 

Home for lunch, then I had a quick walk down to the lake and back through the park.  I am now heading off to school to collect Tween H and take her to Basketball.  It's been a lovely sunny day.  Rain in the forecast.
