The sunflowers in the sensory gardens are great value, they’ve been flowering for months .
Apple chutney made - it’s a lot of peeling and chopping for 6 jars (and 4 hours of my life)! Time also lost with failed attempts to scrub the rather burnt pan ...oops. but I know we’ll enjoy it with lots of lovely cheese somewhere between jan and Sept 2021!
The rudbeckia are a fine splash of colour, hinting strongly at Autumn . Am just not ready - I’m still looking at campervan ads and thinking of weekends away in the sun .
