Oh dear,

Over and Under is today's monoMonday theme set by Black Tulip. I immediately thought of knots and snapped this figure of eight stop knot and turned the orientation to Up and Down (SueJay50). I used an Old bit of worn out synthetic rope with a New(ish) cloth background (GadgetKid). The rope travels In and Out (Chantler63) of loops.
