Attic=Blips

What a godsend attic clearances are to nearly locked-down blippers! Here's my late father's Standard 8 movie camera, a Paillard Bolex C8, which is a classy piece of Swiss kit that he bought in 1957 or 1958. Interestingly, it is wind up. You had to turn the film roll over to get about a minute and a half of shooting on each side. Then, send it off to the England PO Box shown on the Kodak envelope. We've got a box of films that will not be thrown out even though we transferred them to DVD a few years ago.
