Pink Flowers

Many thanks to everyone for your good wishes for Oliver, he went to school yesterday until lunchtime when I collected him and took him home. He had PE all afternoon and it seemed pointless for him to sit on the side-lines just watching and getting cold. He has gone to school again today, but I may have to go and pick him up early as the painkillers he has been given are not controlling the pain very well. He went to the judo session last night to see his friends and to watch his sister train; he will continue to coach the little ones on Thursday, although it will be quite a while before he can train again.

This is another early blip for me and is of some pink flowers on one of our shrubs, we have two of these bushes, they were planted by the previous occupants of the house over thirty years ago; I have no idea what they are.

Dinner is in the slow cooker and we have having pancakes for brunch as it is Shrove Tuesday.
