A good day

This time last week was the crash.
Today was total contrast. I wanted to get back on the horse so went for a ride with a group. First mile was a bit stressy... and was V wary on down hills.
Gave Lou a proper hair wash... took 1.5 hrs..she has a lot hair and not easy easy in neck brace.
Then had road lunch in the garden.
