Second flowering for Rosa Rugosa

Pleased to see this but now would like a deep pink variety. Also on the late afternoon walk (all that sunshine) a super looking fungus, not quite dinner plate size. We didn’t pick it from the roadside, too many pee opportunities from passing sheep or dogs.
