Hydrangea

I have felt disinclined to do anything today, and apart from taking a couple of shots of this hydrangea in the front garden, I have done nothing other than read and send a few emails. It has alternated between sunny and then very gray, but still mild.  Had a lovely long chat with M in Oz last night.... today it is Father's Day there and he is being very spoiled by his family, deserves to be too!
I have the most dreadful backache and am not sure if it is a result of the excercise class on Friday. The old trouble with arthritis in my lower spine has been returning gradually over the months, and unfortunately I am now having to return to painkillers.....
