Together Apart virtual race

Today we did our first virtual race. I walked the 5km and Niall ran.  Really well organised and aptly named TogetherApart.  Our race kits arrived on Thursday.  We got out bibs,  water bottles, snacks and a medal.  Now have to submit our race results.

Corona Virus Update
Bahrain recorded 662 new cases, 5 fatalities and 310 recoveries today.

This is the highest caseload in three months, with 600 in June.
The start of the school year has been delayed by the Education Ministry for two weeks, in order for teachers and support staff to be tested for Covid-19 following a spike in the number of positive cases in the community.
