At the Culvert.....

Maisie and I followed an old favourite route for our walk early this morning. Some willows are starting to show green... the promise of leaves. This view shows the Taylor River upstream of the Omaka Culvert and ford. The distant mountain known as “The Ned” is wearing a cap of fluffy clouds. The day was mild .... spring is well and truly on its way. I was able to mow the lawns and spend time gardening. Duncan arrived back from several days away this evening. Bryan ignored him.
