Holiday Weekend

Today was a hard one: saw my first huge tRump flag on a speeding pickup truck. We drove out Marine Drive on the way to Eric's storage condo where he keeps the old Chevy he's working on. Driving along the river, we saw many people out fishing, boating, riding bike along the dike, just enjoying a Saturday outside. But, we also saw a huge American flag hanging from trees on Government Island. Not long after that we saw the pickup with the flag, and not long after that we saw another. So dispiriting, and sickening.
