There's A Story Here......

.....but unfortunately I have no idea what it is.

I found this little scene in the park on the way home and it just looked as though something very special was happening with the balloons and all. The fellow kneeling in front of the table was tending to a small barbecue. Sadly, I didn't have the courage to ask what was going on besides dinner preparation. I'd make a lousy spy too, because I couldn't even take the picture in focus. It's a good thing ny country wasn't depending on my covert skills.

I hope these people had a nice time for all the trouble they went to. It was cold and damp and not long before dark but it didn't look like they were planning to give up. I love it when people do something special despite the odds -- more power to them.
