Harbour House Garden

The Harbour House Hotel has a large garden where in the season they grow their own organic vegetables for salads in the restaurant. This is a late winter shot showing Winter Kale and the Garlic starting to poke out of the ground.

Last Sunday they held a demonstration of boiling down maple sap for maple syrup they use in their kitchen. More info Here.
