In which: day 155

Today I did the final massive clean of the summer before my cleaner returns to work next week (as I’ll be back in the classroom).
Chap has spent a huge amount of time painting the hall: the doors, skirting boards, walls and stripping and re-varnishing the bannister. It looks so bright and fresh.
I cleared out and tidied up the bathroom cabinets today which were disgraceful.
Cleaned and tidied the entire house so it’s in a good state for my cleaner when she returns.
