Ready to bake

I forgot all about the dough in the bread machine this afternoon and it was a bit like an alien entity trying to ooze its way out of its restricted area three hours later than the time I should have removed it. However, I managed to tame it and once I had shaped it into rolls then left them to prove for half an hour, all seemed to be well. They are now baked and cooling on the rack. The proof of the rolls will be in the eating!
