Lud's Church
Lud's Church is a deep chasm a few miles from where I live. It gets its name from being a secret place of worship for followers of John Wycliffe an early church reformer during the early 15th century.
Lud's Church may have been named after Walter de Ludank who was captured here at one of their meetings.
Lud's Church is mossy and overgrown, wet and cool even on the hottest of days.
