The early bird gets the pancake!

Well I know, but it was feeling guilty that did it! We always have pancakes on Shrove Tuesday but I won't be home to cook tea tomorrow night, due to meeting commitments and the thought of coming home to pancakes hanging off the ceiling if John and the kids are left to try it themselves wasn't worth the loss of sleep. :)
