Our rehabilitation and adaptation training course ended today - week went by super fast! We had a great group, program was excellent and the venue was very good too. My muscles are sore and I am quite tired - but happy.
Today we had pool exercise and standing bell relaxation.

We missed Peetu, Emma and Leevi very much, it was lovely to see them tonight. Thank you family T for Peetu's good care <3
