My feet...

...they are a'disappearing...

Had the first NCT class this evening which was great. Some really lovely people there and we all got chatting to one another which was great.

Unfortunately Acronymphomania couldn't come as he's pretty choked with the cold but I gave him a review when I came home. Hopefully will be good to come next week. I'm toying with the idea of yoga after speaking to a couple of people there. I think between that and the Natal Hypnotherapy it must be a lot easier to focus on your breathing.

All in all though a great class. I was worried they might treat anything non natural as the devil but the leader seems open to discussing everything :). Looking forward to next week.
