Proof

I really did go out running before sunrise this morning, first time in ages now my problematic new shoes have been broken in sufficiently and paired with new socks to solve their early blistering problem.
A gentle 2 miles only but it’s lovely to run at this time of year.
The rest of the day was normal, unlike yesterday’s cataclysmic events!
