Bike on the Brig
Not content with having taken up Hillwalking for the first time in years, I've also been back on the bike again.
Admitedly by the time I got home, went back out for some shopping and returned home to cook it was already late and I only put in 20 minutes. But after 6 solid hours of excercise on Saturday I think that's allowed.
Going to make a point of ramping this up 10 minutes or so a day for the next few weeks. Hopefully see some noticable changes over the course of the year.
