Happy Memories

Loch Frisa - where working with eagles began. A quick drive up with Dave Sexton the Rspb Mull officer - my boss, mentor and friend - and taught me all I knew about eagles and then some.

We headed up the track - I wasn’t expecting to see anything as eagles tend to go into hiding during August - quick scan around and there she was - Frisa the female white tailed Eagle preening, and then, rose above her, her chick successfully fledged this year, flying like it had been flying for years. A very emotional moment stood there watching these very special eagles.

They have played a huge part of my life and I hope will continue to do so - just in a different setting
