Lego mania

So, a when we first moved into together myself and Chris wanted art work on the wall that was ours... however, our creativity, well isn't in typical painting abilities. Instead, Chris is a massive lego fan and me a keen photographer.... so we took a picture of a farmer with his tractor (we also have a touch of country in us), we also have a friend who makes personalised mini figs (http://minifigs.me/) ... I got myself and Chris made for a pressie and his big bro Michael fell in love with a combination of the two ideas... minifig me figures, of his family as a portrait.

We've got the lego figures, I am now just trying to get the right picture - lego is a bit of a b***h to take pictures of, because it reflects the flash (and well I was too lazy to go and get the tripod out the car) but managed to get some good ones a long the way, but still not quite right - will try again tomorrow.

In the making of it, I enjoyed getting some dramatic shadows and like how this one turned out.
