Most adventurous commute ever

The first mile of my commute may have been the hairiest mile I've ever driven. The snow covered dirt road iced up with last nights rain, and stayed wet. If I slowed down the car would slide sideways from the slant for runoff. When you lock up all 4 wheels, the antilock brakes don't perceive enough friction to engage. I'm glad I'm driving the momvan so Carol could have my 4wd car.

Not looking forward to retracing my steps on the dark. Wish me luck!!

Update: some nice farmer spread sole soil on the road so I could get home. He doesn't know the way to my driveway though... Home safe!
