Before The Rain . . .

The snow came, now it's turning to slush, soon it will be a pleasant memory of Canadian's winter wonderland. But the outlying farms were still a tapestry of snow this morning before the temperature ramped up. Last week this field was full of geese scratching for whatever it is that they eat in winter; not sure where they've gone - perhaps they're deep-frozen beneath the snow. We'll soon find out . . .
