had to have soup tonight as I endured two fillings at the dentist at teatime : ( one 'half' filling was done without any numbness. agggghhhh.

I kept forgetting to concentrate on breathing through my nose as mind would try to wander to nicer things, towards the end of the ordeal I thought I was hallucinating a picture on the ceiling but nope there actually was a picture of the fireworks on the ceiling, I wasn't going loopy!

caught up on ironing and Baftas tonight and my numb face finally felt 'normal' again at 930, now am desperate for sleep.
