Leucaena

I planted the seed of one of these in the back yard of a house we rented for a couple of years in Mossoró Brazil... when we came to leave it was considerably higher than the house and I had to chop it down. I saw some growing in a nearby town and grew this from seed, I'm hoping it'll give some shade for visitors cars.
