Every Thursday and Sunday me and my neighbour go out for a walk then for a cuppa

After that we mostly go back to her flat where we have another cuppa and some cake Rocky joins us and and mostly has a couple of rich tea biscuits

I had a FaceTime with Keith this morning which was nice
