Electioneering

These signs have sprung up all over the neighborhood in the past week or two. I know it makes me sound like an idiot, but I had to look it up on Google to figure out the meaning. I think what threw me was the red E (which I still can’t make sense of: why emphasize that letter?) and also the fact that I never think of Our Fuhrer as “Don.” Even he calls himself The Donald, with nary a diminutive in sight.
