Wader

I have to confess to being uncertain as to the true identity of this wader.

It is only since I have been blipping (2 years) that I have taken an interest in shore birds and with only a birdbook and the internet to help, I am sometimes at a loss to decide exactly what it is.

I am sure one of my viewers will give me a definitive ID.

To help you, it was quite a bit smaller than a redshank that it was with earlier. I will shortly put up an image on Flickr that shows them together. Here is the link.
