Is a screen grab a photo? I'm not sure it is. But I can't help but be impressed by this number of unread emails, on my friend's phone.

We had a meal out in town for her birthday - lots of cheese and wine, except I drove in, so no booze for me. It was strange to drive in at night time, which is rare enough for me, but it also felt like I hadn't seen the city centre for ages. It probably would have been that way regardless of covid, but it still felt strange to be there. It was very dark and rainy, and definitely felt like Autumn.

It was really nice to sit and have a meal out with old friends (not a statement on your age today J, but I have known you, R and M for almost 20 years!
