Even Cyriel is wearing one

This is the statue of Cyriel 'Tarzan' Delannoit. In 1948, he became European boxing champion in the middleweight class when he beat Marcel Cerdan. The statue was designed by that other Belgian boxing champion, Jean-Pierre Coopman. Unfortunately the base of the statue is cracked, so that poor Cyriel needs the support of a wooden plank.
