Snakes on the path

This ‘snake’ of painted stones has been slowly building on a path near us.  There is a notice asking people to add stones (and not to take them away!) and it’s on the path to the village school, so I’m sure it will grow longer once the children are back at school.  Some nicely painted stones there, and even the latest two on the right which look plain on the shot, are actually painted gold!
