Road trip

We went our furthest out of our comfort zone today, heading up to Durham for a day with blip friends.... (turned ballet friends, but originally blip friends!)... I was delivering a tutu so we decided to combine it with some photographs too. I've had my heart set on some rainbow umbrella photos since I first saw them! I even managed to whip up a rushed rainbow skirt and hair scarf for my little rainbow loving ballerina. 

We spent the day dodging rain, photographing, visitng beautiful spots of Durham and moving between different eating places for the different food requirements! 

We left about 3, taking a break on the motorway to give Katie an early tea. We arrived in Leeds super early for her coaching session with her Royal Ballet School teacher but it meant she was all relaxed and ready in good time. Her class went really well and she got fantastic feedback as to how brilliantly she'd taken on the points for working on that she'd been given last time. Big smiles when she came out!
