Phone booth

This public pay phone at the end of my street is so busy. In fact on my way home tonight there was a queue! Ok, it was a one man queue but still. Two things strike me about this popular pay phone- who needs a pay phone anymore and I live in a cul de sac off a main road so how do people even know this phone is here?
