Things Are Not Always What They Seem To Be...

For Tiny Tuesday, the Heron has retreated to a place where he is harder to photograph because of all the tree branches hanging down, but I think I managed a decent shot which I have put into the extras to satisfy the Heron Rule.  Instead, I found something that I have not seen before.  I thought, at first, that I was seeing and photographing a tiny blossom long past its best.  Much to my surprise, when I got it home and onto the computer screen, I am seeing something more.  I think that this may be a Yellow Sac Spider that has settled itself on top of this unfortunate Mexican Hat flower.  These spiders are not rare it seems, but I've never seen one before!
