Life In Wales

I'd like to say a very big thank you for all your comments, hearts and stars yesterday, I'll try to thank you all personally soon.

Today I was back at the clinic, no more home working for me - I've been back on Monday's for the last couple of months, but Tuesdays and Wednesdays are Nik's busy clinic days, so it's the first time that I've had any real contact with the patients.  I've been provided with a visor as well as disposable masks, and every effort has been put in place to provide a safe environment for both staff and patients.  It's hard to believe that it's been 5 months since I've seen everyone, apart from Maria who's been the only other person in on Mondays.

Anyway my day went quickly, the numbers in Portugal have dropped slightly, so we're still keeping our fingers crossed.  I spoke to Nik and if we get there ok, but then the situation changes causing us to have to self isolate on our return, he's happy for me to work from home for those two weeks, so that's good.  There are actually very few cases in the Algarve where we're due to go, it's predominantly the Lisbon area that's badly affected.

Anyway, for today's Blip I've captured this amazing painting of Greta Thunburg which is on the side of someone's house.  I'm not sure I'd like it on my house or that of a neighbours' house, but it's an incredible work of art.
