Reflecting

I have had a bad day today with a family member and was totally uninspired to take my camera out - so this tiny little shell has rescued my blip day. It sits with many others in a container in the bathroom on the shelf, minding its own business.
I have had a great day with friends however; morning coffee with one who's ear I bent and then another this afternoon with tea.  Friends are such good things to have and so good to bounce ideas etc off.  
I am 95% certain I am 'in the right' but it does not lesson the aggro!
