Donnie Campbell

Watching this dot from the desk has been a distraction today (and over August). For those that aren't aware, the hero Donnie Campbell is currently trying to break the record for a self-propelled round of the Munros. Currently 39days, set in 2010. Donnie is aiming for 33days. As I type, he has three left to summit. 

For an idea of this guy's ability - starting in Kinlochewe yesterday morning, he passed over 17 Munros - Fisherfield, the Fannichs and Ben Wyvis, cycling between them. An incredible effort. 


It is a truly inspirational feat. I took 26years on my round
