Alone

Long day driving down to Winchester, five hours of back-to-back meetings and then driving back - No break! Thankfully few days are quite so manic.

The start was fun with lots of snow which kept coming until early afternoon. Most had gone except for the tops over the downs. A great deal more was lying north of Oxford but it started to disappear nearer home. I decided to stop briefly between Banbury and Southam. It was beginning to get dark by then bit I was fortunate to get just a couple of shots. Colour tonight rather than mono. The splash of green from the grass sets of the monochromatic and featureless sky and lone tree on the hilltop.
