Husband beetled off to a games day so I was left slaving over a stove making two chicken and leek pies, macaroni and apple crumble then Picking up mum for her birthday party.

Luckily Laura made the cake which was delish! Mum won a tenner on a scratch card, being a gambler she always gets a few from the gang on her birthday.

It was great having everyone back in the house (Kevin and Paul too). First since January.

Although I was absolutely done in by 10pm!
