Going east

Kevin and Maximus ready to go. Max gets so excited he can hardly take it. We will miss them but they live for this trip. Up in the woods with no cell service to bother you. Sounds pretty good. Very nice here today. I made oatmeal cookies for the trip using monk fruit instead of sugar and almond flower. Lots of pecans, butter and some mixed nuts, next time I would use less monk fruit as it is very sweet. They are good and Kevin liked them but I think they would be better not so sweet.
