I headed out on a 6km run first thing doing my usual route in reverse. A bit of a wobble with Strava for the first 300m but after that it all went well.

Harriet sent me a message to say that the NHS Spitfire was due to fly over Halifax and Huddersfield this afternoon. It was bang on schedule over Calderdale Royal at 14:30.

The fighter plane is emblazoned with the names of thousands of key NHS workers.The gesture marks the latest effort by the Aircraft Restoration Company to thank Britain's key workers for their efforts during the Covid-19 crisis.

We then headed up to Norland Moor to pick bilberries - I got fed up after picking 416 of them.

A sunny end to the day and 18,759 steps in total.
