Homeward Bound

Now back in Pitlochry after and great weekend away in Mull.

We stopped in Oban for a light lunch so I could meet up with a friend from school who stays there.

This was only the second time I'd seen her since leaving school, the  first time being exactly 6 years ago when we did a midnight climb of Ben Nevis for charity (this seemed a good option for me as I wouldn't be able to see how high we were !). It was a lovely catching up.

We drove back via Fort William and more wonderful scenery.

It's been great to have been away and engaging with hotels etc in times of covid was relatively straightforward.
