Purple spring onions

Gratitude Project Day 244.

Today I am grateful for a (not so) bumper crop of purple spring onions from my vegetable garden. Delicious in my salad at lunchtime! I will need to get better at watering through the week with the warmer weather, maybe a thick layer of mulch will help as well.
